1. Introduction

The GameStreet Mobile Application and ‘GameStreet Website’ (https://www.grandgamestreet.com), together known as “The GameStreet Platform” (referred to also as “the Platform” in this document) are the property of Game Street L.L.C., Al Khawaneej, Al Awir Road - Dubai, UAE

The Game Street L.L.C is referred to as ‘GameStreet’ (or as ‘GameStreet Group’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’) throughout this document.

These Terms and Conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Game Street L.L.C, pertaining to your usage of the ‘GameStreet Mobile application’ and GameStreet Website,' encompassing all associated features, services, or content provided through these resources (collectively referred to as the "Services"). Through your access to or utilization of our Services, you are in agreement to adhere to these specified Terms and Conditions. These terms, in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, establish the guidelines governing the interactions between you and the Game Street L.L.C.

We, at our judgment, reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Changes take effect from when posted on the GameStreet Platform, without further notice. Therefore, we recommend you to check these Terms and Conditions of Use periodically for updates, if any. You are expressing your compliance to these Terms and Conditions by visiting the GameStreet website or using the GameStreet Mobile application. You are advised not to use the GameStreet Platform if you do not agree to abide by these terms.

2. Platform Offerings

We make the best effort to display as accurately as possible the specifications, colors, features, and details of the Platform Offerings available on the GameStreet Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the Platform Offerings will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All Platform Offerings are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that Platform Offerings will be in stock. Certain Platform Offerings may be available exclusively online through the Platform. Such Platform Offerings may have limited stock and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We retain the right to limit the quantities of the Platform Offerings offered or available on the Platform. All descriptions or pricing of the Platform Offerings are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Platform Offerings at any time for any reason without notice. We do not warrant that the quality of any of the Platform Offerings purchased by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Platform will be corrected.

3. Content

All names, titles, logos, and designs appearing on GameStreet Platform that identify our products and brands, including any derivative and related characters, titles, logos, and designs, are trademarks and the sole and exclusive property of Game Street L.L.C. Any other names, titles, logos, and designs appearing on our Platform are the property of their respective owners.

The use of any trademarks appearing on the GameStreet Platform without the express written consent of the owner of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

GameStreet Platform also contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, audio, video, and the entire contents of the Platform. These are protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation under the UAE laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted material or trademarks on our Platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Third-Party Links

The GameStreet Platform may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or services provided by such third-party platforms linked to or from our platform, and your usage of them is at your own risk.

We do not take responsibility for the content or services of any third-party website nor do we endorse any of them.

Any reference/link to a third party or a third-party product or service on our platform should not be construed as our approval or endorsement of that third party or any product or service provided by a third party.

5. Availability and Prices of Products


The availability and prices of products listed on GameStreet Platform are subject to change without notice. Any errors regarding the same will be corrected at the earliest. In spite of our best efforts, some products may be listed with inaccurate prices. We will usually verify prices before dispatching the product, and if the correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on the GameStreet platform, we will contact you for further instructions or reject your order and notify you of the rejection. We are not obligated to provide products at an incorrect, lower price, even after sending an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have been recognized by you.
In case a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel your order without penalty. We cannot guarantee the availability of products and acknowledge that they may sell out quickly. If you receive a Shipping Confirmation for an unavailable product, we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order without penalty.


6. Orders

  • Pre-Orders: For products available for pre-order in the GameStreet Platform, we provide our best estimate of the expected availability/release date. We will make every effort to stick to this date. However, this date is subject to change in accordance with variations in production and shipping schedules of such products, and we will adjust the release date and delivery accordingly. Please be informed that payment for all pre-order items will be processed immediately upon placing your order.

  • Bulk/Multiple Purchasing: We retain the prerogative to reject orders that are suspected to involve bulk purchasing of multiple units of the same product at our judgment.

7. Payments


By placing an order with online payment, you give our third-party payment processor consent to process your payment for the total amount of your order whereby you also accept their standard terms and conditions.
You agree that we shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses you may incur on behalf of the third party payment processor.

8. Digital Goods


For digital goods (products labeled "Instant Delivery") which include gaming cards/gift cards and similar products, the voucher PIN is instantly accessible after successfully placing an order. The secret pin and other relevant information will be usually mailed to the registered email address associated with your account or the email address provided during checkout for guest customers.
We guarantee that the Code (PIN) you receive will match the description and will be in working condition. If you receive a product that is noncompliant with the description, contact us within 24 hours. Please be informed that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for digital products. Please note that we only issue the code (PIN) for payments done with 3-D Secure credit and debit cards. If the payment is not 3-D Secured – we will review your payment and issue the code (PIN) manually within one working day, if eligible.

9. Shipping


The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of

  • Several different items,

  • A quantity of the same item, or

  • A single item with several parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages.

In all such orders, we strive to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we begin shipping by shipping separate boxes in the order that allows each item to reach the destination at the earliest time possible. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has been shipped marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. All packages sent have a separate tracking number and may be followed on the Order Status page. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of order placed, not the date of shipping.


10. Delivery


The ordered Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. GameStreet platform will use its prudence in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of delivery.
The estimated delivery dates provided by us are only closest estimates and are not considered part of the contract. We strive to deliver the products promptly, but unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver the product(s) within the estimated delivery time.
In case any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations should apply in destination countries, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to pay for such charges levied by the authorities and comply with the respective laws of the receiving country.
The delivery partner will make up to three delivery attempts. After this, if the product(s) are undeliverable, they will be returned to us. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the expenses incurred to return the product(s) to us. The returned product(s) may be sold to other customers, and we will not reserve or re-deliver them to the customer.
Please note that delivery partners provide delivery services only within major city limits. Shipments to areas beyond these limits, known as Outside Delivery Areas (ODA) or No Service Areas (NSA), will be delivered once or twice a week, or canceled if dispatched to an NSA.

The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage of the product(s) once it/they is/are dispatched by us to the carrier.


11. Cancellation of Order


Registered customers can cancel their orders using the GameStreet platform provided the order has not been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and will process a refund as applicable. Your request for a refund will be processed within eight business days, and it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.


Please note that for international orders, we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped.
There will be No Refund on digital products once the vouchers/pins are issued.



12. Warranty


Consoles (Hardware), Games (Software), accessories, and subscription cards do not carry any warranty. However, some products have different warranty conditions depending on the manufacturer only if stated on the product details page. Customers can contact GameStreet's customer service team at geeyesgames@yahoo.com to make a warranty claim.

13. Account Creation and Use

You may be required to create an account to use certain services of the GameStreet platform, whereby you need to submit personal information which includes, but is not limited to your name, valid email address, mobile number and address. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information for creating an account in the Gamestreet Platform or for updating "My Account/Profile" section of the GameStreet platform after signing up. It is your sole responsibility to keep confidential your account information including but not limited to usernames, passwords and contact details to prevent theft or misuse of your data. You agree to undertake full responsibility for all activities performed through your GameStreet account. You are strictly prohibited from using anyone else’s account without their explicit consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and remove or edit the content you submit on the Platform in case we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account.

14. Restriction of Age

GameStreet website or the GameStreet mobile application is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.It is the responsibility of parents, guardians, or other responsible individuals to decide which materials are appropriate for minors to view, use and/or purchase.

By using our Services or providing us with any information, you certify that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (usually 18 years of age or older) or, if you are under the legal age of consent, you have the express consent from your parent or guardian. You also declare that any information you produce to us is current, true and accurate.

We mandate that all purchases be made either (i) by individuals who are legally able to enter into binding contracts (usually 18 years of age or older) or (ii) by minors with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian.

15. User Data

We will store certain data that you share to the GameStreet Platform for the purpose of managing the performance of the Platform Offerings, as well as data relating to your use of the Platform Offerings. Although we perform regular routine backup of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Platform Offerings. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.


16. System Requirements


You are advised to verify the system requirements before purchasing any video game or software. Different games and software have specific region codes and may not work in other regions. For instance, PAL video games may not work on NTSC machines.
For PC video games, please check the minimum hardware specifications required. Please note that some video games may have higher hardware requirements and may not work on lower-specification PCs.


17. Use of Our Platform

You shall use the GameStreet Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not use our platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other user’s access to our Platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform, or to any accounts, servers, or networks connected to our platform. You agree not to use the Platform to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or entity.

18. Termination of Usage

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the GameStreet website or the GameStreet mobile application without notice if we, in our sole discretion, believe that your conduct violates any applicable law, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or is harmful to the interests of other users, associates, or the company. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline any order from any customer at our sole discretion.


19. Electronic Communications, Transactions and Signatures 


Electronic communication comprises visiting the website, using the mobile application, sending and receiving emails, and completing online forms . You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Platform, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the Platform. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.


20. Arbitration and Actions

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed, and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

21. Corrections

There may be information on the Platform that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Platform Offerings, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We retain the prerogative to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Platform at any time, without prior notice.


22. Disclaimer


The GameStreet platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implicit. We do not warrant that our platform will be 100% error-free, perpetual or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that our platform or the servers that implement them are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of our Platform in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.


23. Limitation of Liability


We shall not be, under any circumstance, liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our platform or any content or services provided through our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


24. Indemnification and Release


You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from or in connection with your use of our platform or your breach of these terms and conditions.

You hereby expressly release Game Street L.L.C and/or its affiliates and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions/inactions of the Game Street employees, delivery partners or any other involved third party agencies and specifically waive any claims or demands that you may have in this behalf under any statute, contract or otherwise.
